Bio: Thomas Reese, PharmD, PhD, is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and clinical informatician dedicated to patient-oriented research in addiction. He completed fellowship training in the National Cancer Institute’s Multilevel Intervention Training Institute and the National Library of Medicine’s T15 training program at the University of Utah. Dr. Reese’s work focuses on leveraging health information technology to enhance pharmacotherapy through contextually and theoretically informed approaches. He is the recipient of a career development award (K08) from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to integrate clinical decision support with patient-reported outcomes to improve treatment for opioid use disorder at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
