Michelle Webster is a graduate of Ashford University with a bachelor’s in business administration. She has over 15 years of experience in the recovery field. Michelle began her career in the recovery field as a REDLINE Coordinator at TAADAS. Michelle has worked for twelve years as a Tennessee Certified Peer Recovery Specialist to include being a state Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Trainer. Currently, Michelle is employed as the Peer Recovery Coordinator in the Office of Consumer Affairs and Peer Recovery Services at the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, where she oversees the State Certified Peer Recovery Specialist program. She has also been recognized by her fellow peers as a recipient of the 2015 CPRS Advocate of Peer Recovery Services Award and the 2016 the CPRS of the Year. Michelle was honored with the Peggy Swarbrick Excellence in Service Award for her support of the Peer Wellness Initiative!
