Garrison Nuckols is the Director of Operations for the Tennessee Alliance of Recovery Residences (TN-ARR) and the Founder and Executive Director of Mountain Pass Recovery, a TN-ARR certified recovery residence located in Nashville, Tennessee.

With five years of experience in the recovery housing field, Garrison leads TNARR’s statewide certification and compliance work, supporting providers across Tennessee in maintaining the highest standards of peer-based care. He is currently spearheading TNARR’s implementation of the REC-CAP outcome tracking platform through Behave Health—bringing standardized, data-driven accountability to certified recovery residences throughout the state.

At Mountain Pass Recovery, Garrison has built a structured, peer-led program that reflects the core principles of the Social Model. He is deeply committed to elevating recovery housing as a vital component of the behavioral health continuum and to advancing partnerships between housing providers, clinicians, and systems of care.
